The reports and documents contained within this site are copyrighted by PODi or its affiliates.
The content of these documents represents PODi's interpretation of information generally available to the public or released by responsible individuals in the participating companies, and is not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness.
By downloading documents and reports from this site, you agree to be held by these terms.
1. You may not alter the content of any PODi document without permission from PODi.
2. Members or purchasers of PODi documents may publicly post descriptions and/or thumbnail-type representations of the documents, including any cover pages in their entirety. You may also post or reprint excerpts of PODi documents, not to exceed 100 words.
3. PODi members and electronic document site license purchasers are encouraged to distribute PODi documents internally to employees (in hard copy reprints or electronic form), as long as all employee recipients are informed of these Terms of Use.

6. Non-members may not copy the Best Practices Reports without prior arrangement and the purchase of distribution rights through PODi.
7. No Derivative work allowed: Members may not alter, transform or build upon this work.
8. PODi may, without notice to you, at any time revise these Terms of Use and any other information contained herein by updating this posting.
9. Ownership of document copyrights remains with PODi, whose authority over use and distribution is final; this authority supersedes these or any other documented or implied terms of use.
Terms of Use for PODi Digital Print Case Studies
The content of the individual case studies contained in the PODi on-line case study database represents PODi's interpretation of information generally available to the public or released by responsible individuals in the participating companies, and is not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness.
Individual case studies downloaded from this site, may be distributed under the following terms:
1. PODi members* or participants in an individual case study project are encouraged to distribute the case study in hard copy form as targeted sales/marketing collateral. The hard copy should include a reference to PODi as the source of the case study and a mention the link www.podi.org/casestudy.
2. Members may post on their Web site up to 2 case studies in electronic form for subsequent download as long as the posting includes a reference to PODi as the source of the case study and a link to www.podi.org/casestudy.
3. Members may alternate which 2 case studies are posted on their Web site as long as the maximum number of cases posted in a year does not exceed 12.
4. Members may include an excerpt of a case study of up to 100 words in a company newsletter as long as PODi is attributed as the source and a link to www.podi.org/casestudy is provided. A maximum number of 12 case studies may be featured in a newsletter per year.
5. Members may print up to 2 case studies to be distributed as part of a direct mail campaign as long as PODi is attributed as the source and the link www.podi.org/casestudy is printed alongside that. A maximum of 12 case studies may be distributed per year.
6. Companies that participated in a case study (e.g. print provider, marketing agency, enterprise client) or supplied equipment or software for a specific case study may post that case study in electronic form for subsequent download as long as the posting includes a reference to PODi as the source and a link to www.podi.org/casestudy is provided. Participants may post up to 5 individual case studies from the most recent publication year, and no more than 15 in total.
7. Members and case study participants may use the case studies as defined above. They may NOT provide PODi case studies to other companies or organizations for use in the same manner. For example, a PODi member may NOT provide a case study to a client or customer who intends to post that case study on their own Web site.
8. No Derivative work allowed: Members may not alter, transform or build upon this work.
