These two flowcharts show all the elements involved in a lead-generation campaign. One shows the steps in a print-only campaign, and the other adds the steps needed for an email component and personal landing pages.

Description:

There are two versions of the flowchart. The “print-only” flowchart shows the steps involved in a traditional direct-mail campaign: the project-definition phase, the mailing list and data-processing tasks, and, of course, the printing and mailing steps.

 

The “integrated campaign” flowchart adds the steps needed if email will also be used or if there will be personal landing pages (PURLs) for responses.
