Description:
A typical loyalty or nurture campaign uses an e-newsletter
(or an email message with newsletter-like characteristics) as its main vehicle.
It may also use a postcard with a PURL that directs the recipient to a
newsletter-like landing page. We have provided diagrams to help you make sure
you don’t leave anything out of your newsletter or the related personalized
pages. These are not true-to-scale templates, but detailed diagrams—the
creative part is entirely up to you. They contain all the elements you need to
consider including in your communications.
Diagrams are provided for:
- A
newsletter or newsletter-like landing page, including all the marketing
elements, plus other necessary elements such as an “unsubscribe” link.
- An
offer page, including a personalized offer
- An article
page, where the text of the newsletter article is placed
- A
survey page (so that you can collect qualification or area-of-interest
information)
There are hints for the designer about specific issues that
must be taken into account for each page type.
