A digital printing solution the school developed provides scanned image storage along with sutdent record information on demand and earned the school high marks.

Pacific Northwest Bank, designed a personalized color booklet that outlined changes in the individual's customer accounts, terms and fees, and contained disclosure information required by law to communicate changes in account information to its newly acquired customers. Customer loss during the transition was negligible and an annual savings of $3 to $6 million per year was realized.

London Life, a provider of life insurance to individuals in Canada, included a personalized letter to policyholders asking for their feedback on level of satisfaction, products or services wanted, and any desire for more information with the letter of assumption. Follow-up to survey respondents included customized letters that reflected the client's responses. London Life met all goals for customer retention.

Trustmark Insurance Customer Communications
Trustmark Insurance, a mutual insurance holding company, implemented an automated document production system, moving the tools into the hands of the business users. The system includes easy-to-use desktop software tools for defining the document's structure, identifying text components, and specifying what data is to be used for personalization. Document production is now twenty times more productive.
