Description:
There are two versions of the flowchart. The “print-only” flowchart shows the steps involved in a traditional direct-mail campaign: the project-definition phase, the mailing list and data-processing tasks, and, of course, the printing and mailing steps. Since a loyalty or nurture campaign (unlike many short-term direct-mail projects) typically repeats on a regular cycle, the flowchart illustrates this aspect of the process.
The “integrated campaign” flowchart adds the steps needed if email will also be used or if there will be personal landing pages (Personalized URLs) for responses.
