make sure you don’t leave anything out. These are not true-to-scale templates,
but detailed diagrams—the creative part is entirely up to you. They contain all
the elements you need to consider including in your communications.
Diagrams are provided for:

email message, including all the marketing elements, plus other necessary
elements such as an “unsubscribe” link.
- A
landing page, including a personalized offer
- An
offer page (if separate from the landing page)
- A
survey page (so that you can collect contact and qualification
information)
