Manulife Financial mails an enrollment kit to prospects who have visited their website or contacted them by telephone in response to a marketing or advertising campaign. Manulife Financial needed a new solution that would decrease costs by eliminating pre-printed inventory and reducing labor associated with fulfillment. They also wanted to make enrollment kits more relevant to the individual recipients. An on-demand fulfillment solution was developed where enrollment kit components are digitally assembled. The output is a high-quality saddle-stitched document that contains custom information for the recipient. The new process virtually eliminates manual labor and the opportunity for quality errors. Swiss Re exhibits annually at the RIMS conference & exhibition which targets risk management professionals. For the RIMS 2012 conference Swiss Re wanted a cross-media marketing program that would help them reach prospective customers. To engage prospective customers, and particularly RIMS 2012 attendees, advertisements were placed in numerous venues including conference shuttle bus headrest wraps, booth signs, online banner ads associated with the conference, and print ads in the conference book and in trade publications. Each of the channels directed individuals to a landing page via a QR Code where they were asked to complete a short survey. From the data collected Swiss Re was able to identify 45 qualified leads. This successful direct marketing campaign informed and motivated area general dentists about Dr. Wilhelm's practice and provided them the tools and support to easily and confidently send referrals to his practice.
